What you may do

Download anything on the site and use it in your own setting: print it, photocopy it for your own classes, edit the editable versions to suit your school, and send a letter template home to your own parents. That is what it is for.

What you may not do

Sell it, or sell anything substantially made out of it. Upload it to a resource-sharing site, paid or free. Strip the credit and present it as your own work. Use it to train a machine learning model.

No warranty, and nothing here is advice

Everything on the site is a template to adapt, not a finished document and not advice. Anything touching safety, risk, supervision, consent or photography is yours to check against your own setting’s policies, and your setting’s policy always takes precedence. Where a resource quotes official guidance it will say so and name its source; a figure marked “to confirm” has not been checked and must not be used.

The tools

The heats and lanes generator and the certificate generator run on your own device. We never see what you type into them, which also means we cannot recover it for you. Print or save your output before you close the tab.
