This is a test site. It is up so Chris can see it working. The name is a working title, nothing is reviewed yet, and sign-up is not built: downloads are open to everyone for now and the sign-up form does nothing. No advertising, no tracking, no cookies.

Certificate generator

Paste your names, pick a design, print a set — one certificate per A4 page, or two to a page to save toner. Blank handwritable copies as well, for the ones you decide at the finish line.

Names stay on your computer. This page does the whole job inside your browser. No name you type is sent to us or to anyone else, and nothing is saved on our website. Close the page and it is gone.

This page makes no network requests after it has loaded, carries no analytics, advertising or third-party fonts, and keeps working with the wi-fi turned off. A logo you add is read on your own device and never uploaded. To keep your work through a refresh it saves what you typed on this device only, under the storage name tl-certs-v1. Clear all names removes it.

1. The names
One per line. Paste from a spreadsheet and the second column can be the award and the third the detail line. “Surname, Forename” counts as one name. Accented names print exactly as typed.

2. The design

Changes the suggested words only, never the layout. You can overwrite every word below.
3. Set once, for all of them
For example Head Teacher, PE Lead, Course Tutor.
Up to 120 characters. {event} and {house} are filled in; anything that has nothing to fill it is left out.

Read on your own device and never uploaded. The designs look complete without one.

4. Printing
0 to 60, with ruled lines for the name and the detail.

To save a PDF, choose Print and then “Save as PDF” as the printer. Print at 100 per cent, with no scaling and no headers or footers.

What will print

Nothing to print yet.

One row per name

Set the award, the place, the house or a detail line for an individual without changing anyone else.

Nothing is advertised on a certificate, in this tool’s output, or on the printable blanks — by design. If the office happens to be pricing house colour tees for the same sports day, the terms are on the for school offices page.
